If you are a member in good standing of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you are eligble to apply for a scholarship grant. The grant can not only be for a university, but also for vocational training, primary or secondary school. Complete the form, sign it, and email it with all requested documents.
As part of your application, you will be required to provide an attestation of your Bishop or Branch President that you are a member in good standing. This does not mean that you must have a current temple recommenc, only that you meet the required standard.
Vocational training is critical to having a strong and vibrant workforce, and trained technicians and tradesmen and tradeswomen will always be in demand.
